Nutritional Therapy

I enjoy helping clients understand how food and lifestyle choices impact their health, energy, and overall wellbeing. Good health isn’t just about being free from illness, it’s about feeling well, sleeping well, and having the energy to enjoy life. My approach is practical and realistic, focusing on sustainable changes rather than perfection or restriction.

I am a fully registered and insured nutritional therapist. I trained at the Natural Healthcare College (NHC) and am a member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) and the General Naturopathic Council (GNC).

I see clients in person and online via video call or phone for convenience.

Workplace Stress & Wellbeing Workshops

Alongside my one-to-one work, I also collaborate with Maxine Croft, an EFT practitioner and coach, to deliver workplace wellbeing workshops focused on stress and resilience.

Together, we combine nutritional therapy, lifestyle strategies, and emotional resilience tools to support both the physical and psychological effects of stress. Our workshops are designed to give individuals practical, easy-to-use strategies to manage stress, improve energy, and support overall wellbeing in the workplace.

Community involvement

I have also been involved in community work, creating cooking videos for Cooking Good and supporting a local community larder, helping to reduce food waste and improve access to affordable, nutritious food.
