Getting Started
If you are unsure of where to begin, simply get in touch to arrange an initial chat. If you’d like to move forward, I’ll book your first appointment and I’ll send across some paperwork to complete beforehand, including a health questionnaire and terms of engagement.
Nutritional Therapy Appointments
Initial consultation

Your first appointment will last around 90 minutes and is focused on understanding your health goals in depth. We’ll explore your health questionnaire together, including your eating habits, health history, family history, stress, lifestyle, activity levels, and any symptoms you may be experiencing.
From there, we’ll create your personalised action plan. Recommendations are tailored to support any underlying imbalances while also considering your daily routine, time, cooking preferences, and work or family commitments, so the plan is realistic and achievable.
After your first appointment, you’ll receive:
A personalised action plan with diet and lifestyle recommendations
Recipe ideas and supportive handouts
Supplement recommendations, if appropriate
Suggestions for relevant lab testing (NHS or private), where needed
Follow up appointments

Follow-up appointments last around 45-60 minutes and provide an opportunity to review your progress and refine your personalised plan so you can continue moving towards your health goals.
Packages
Health MOT
If you don’t have any specific health concerns but would like to ensure your diet and lifestyle are supporting your overall wellbeing, a Health MOT may be a great option.
These sessions follow a similar format to an initial consultation and typically last around 60 minutes. You’ll leave with a nutrition and lifestyle plan, along with recipe ideas and supplement recommendations where appropriate.

GLP-1 Weight Loss Consultation

A one-off session of around 60 minutes, for those considering or currently using GLP-1 weight loss medications.
You’ll receive clear, evidence-informed information on how these medications work, along with practical guidance on nutrition and lifestyle factors that may be considered alongside their use. This includes support around appetite, energy, muscle mass, and general approaches to longer-term weight management.
Where relevant, we can also discuss considerations around coming off the medication and how to support this transition. A supporting report is included, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions throughout the session.
Weight Loss & Management Programme
£290
A supportive four-month weight loss programme that includes a 60-minute initial consultation, personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and two 45-minute follow-up sessions. Ongoing email support is included throughout, helping you stay on track, build sustainable habits, and achieve lasting results.
