Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment

Payment is required in full at least 24 hours before your appointment to secure your booking.
Appointments may be cancelled if payment has not been received within this timeframe.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Packages (if applicable)

If you purchase a package of sessions:

  • All sessions must be used within an agreed timeframe

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be deducted from your package
